In order to make the coloring uniform and stable and control the color difference within a certain range to reduce the production of coloring defects, in the actual production process, the first step is to strengthen the control of anodizing process operation, and pay attention to the following aspects of the operation requirements.

 

 

1. When the anodized profile enters the coloring tank, it must maintain a large inclination and place in the middle of the two poles to ensure the equal distance between the left and right poles.Control on the tie material area at the same time, each hanging maximum total surface area of no more than 44 .

 

 

2. Check the concentration of tank fluid to ensure that it meets the technical requirements.

 

 

3. For electrification, the crane hook and the conductive beam hook must be separated, and the electrification can only be done after being left for 0.5 - 1 minute.

 

 

4. The coloring voltage of the same color must be equal, and the power supply voltage must be adjusted before coloring.

 

 

5. At the end of coloring, the crane must be lifted immediately, drain the liquid and transfer it to the water bath in the tank, and it shall not stay in the coloring tank. Strictly control the lifting time in the air, fully clean the acid in the internal hole of the profile before using the color board. When comparing colors, grasp the profile color slightly darker than the sample color. When the color is too light, put the coloring tank again to make up the color with electricity. When the color is too dark, put the coloring tank again (without electricity) or the acidic water tank behind the oxidation tank to fade.

 

 

6. Because golden color can not fade, so set coloring time should not be too long.

 

 

7. The colored profile should be washed out of acid water after secondary washing before electrophoretic or sealing treatment.

 

 

8. Strengthen the washing before dyeing. The workpiece should be fully rinsed after being taken out from the anodic oxidation tank. Especially in the slit and blind hole of the workpiece, otherwise the residual acid and alkali will flow out slowly during the dyeing process, so that the pH value of the dye solution will deviate from the normal range, and the color on the surface of the residual acid and alkali parts will be significantly different from the clean parts, or even corrode the oxide film to show white.

 

 

9. After anodizing, the workpiece should be dyed immediately after anodizing. If the workpiece is exposed to the air for too long after anodizing, the film will shrink and may be stained with dirt, which will lead to the difficulty of dyeing. If the dyeing tank is too small and needs to be dyed in batches, the dyeing parts should be soaked in clean water.

 

 

10. The workpiece shall not be overlapped during dyeing, and the workpiece shall not be overlapped during dyeing, especially in the plane part. Otherwise the overlap will be covered and the color will be different.

 

 

11. Strengthen the washing after dyeing. If the surface of the workpiece is not cleaned, the remaining pigment will contaminate the composition.
